Advance UK Trust PLC (the "Company") today announces that the admission to 
listing of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each on the Official List and to 
trading on the London Stock Exchange has been suspended. 
A general meeting of the Company will be held today at 10 a.m. where a 
resolution will be put to the Company's members to voluntarily wind up the 
Company and appoint Laura Waters and Richard Setchin, both of 
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, as Joint Liquidators.
