AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading
provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, confirms that
on 6 February 2025:
· John
Wilson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 250,000
ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 9.09 pence per share; and
· Sophie
Wilson, the spouse of John Wilson, Chief Executive Officer,
purchased 275,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 9.13 pence per
share.
· Karl
Bostock, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 250,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 9.11 pence per share.
Following such transactions, John
Wilson is now interested in 525,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital
of the Company, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share
capital and Karl Bostock is now interested in 250,000 Ordinary
Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.03% of the
Company's issued share capital.
Further to the Company's
announcement dated 3 February 2025, John Wilson has
9,389,671 Ordinary Share options in the Company,
representing 1.10% of the Company's issued share capital and Karl
Bostock has 5,405,405 Ordinary Share
options in the Company, representing 0.63% of the Company's issued
share capital.
