Result of General Meeting

AFH Financial Group plc, a leading financial planning led wealth management firm, is pleased to announce that the Resolutions put to Shareholders at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today to approve the Placing to raise GBP15 million (before expenses) through the issue of 4.0 per cent. convertible unsecured loan stock 2024 ("CULS") were duly passed. It is expected that the CULS will be admitted to trading on the International Securities Market and that dealings will commence at 8.00am tomorrow.

Defined terms used in this announcement shall have the meaning set out in the Circular posted to Shareholders of the Company dated 12 July 2019.
