The mid-month estimated net return for the Aida Closed-Ended Fund Ordinary 
Shares for April ("the mid-month estimate") as at the close of business on 14 
May 2010 was (1.44%)%. 
 
The Aida Closed-Ended Fund Ordinary Shares invest solely in the Aida Open-Ended 
Fund Ordinary Shares. The Aida Open-Ended Ordinary Shares mid-month estimate, 
from which the Aida Closed-Ended Fund Ordinary Shares estimate is calculated, 
reflects 43% by value of the total expected monthly results, i.e. that fraction 
of the month that has elapsed and that proportion of valuations that has been 
received.

The mid-month estimate has been prepared by the Aida Open-Ended Fund's and the 
Aida Closed-Ended Fund's investment manager and is based on those estimated 
valuations that have been made available to it as at the date of calculation. 
These un-audited estimated valuations have generally been prepared by the 
investment manager of the Aida Open-Ended Fund's underlying investments and may 
not have been supplied on a regular or timely basis. In addition, such 
estimates may be subject to little verification or other due diligence, are 
un-audited and may not comply with generally accepted accounting or valuation 
principles. Accordingly, users of this information should not place the same 
level of reliance on this data that is placed on the month end estimate. 
 
These underlying valuations may not have been calculated to the date of 
valuation and some underlying funds may not have provided a valuation. In the 
event that a mid-month estimated valuation subsequently proves to be incorrect, 
no adjustment to a previously published valuation is expected to be made.
