Extension of the Offer Period & Takeover Offer Update

Norton Gold Fields Limited ("Norton") has today announced that, in relation to its offer to acquire the ordinary shares in Bullabulling (the "Offer") and in accordance with section 650D of the Australian Corporations Act 2001, Norton has varied the Offer by extending the period during which the Offer will remain open so that the Offer will now close at 7.00pm (GMT) on 15 September 2014 (unless further extended).

Further Guidance on Norton's Intentions

Norton now has a relevant interest in more than 75% of Bullabulling and, as foreshadowed (see update 28/07/14), Norton will now seek to advance the delisting of Bullabulling shares from the ASX, subject to approval from the ASX and compliance with the ASX Listing Rules.

Norton will also now seek to advance the delisting of Bullabulling from AIM, subject to compliance with the AIM Rules for Companies.

Shareholders in the Company are urged to act quickly in accepting or risk losing the value presented by Norton's Offer. If Norton does not obtain 90% of all Bullabulling shares on issue and Bullabulling is delisted from the ASX and AIM (in accordance with the requirements of each exchange), it is likely that there will be no liquid market for the sale of Bullabulling shares, and Bullabulling shareholders will only be able to sell their shares off market.
