The Company has been informed that Aurora Investment Trust plc ("Aurora") has
recently made the following acquisitions in the share capital of the Company.

* 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 5p on 25 October 2004

* 166,667 ordinary shares of 5p on 26 October 2004

* 3,416,667 ordinary shares of 5p on 28 October 2004

The 3,416,667 ordinary shares were issued pursuant to participation in a placing
with institutional and other investors, which was announced by the Company on 25
October 2004 (the "Placing"). The Placing shares commenced trading today.

Following the Placing, the issued share capital of the Company is 47,850,020
ordinary shares of 5p. Accordingly, the total number of shares now held by
Aurora is 5,083,334 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 10.62% of the Company's
issued share capital.
