                           Exercise of Share Options


The Company announces that share options over 20,000 new ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares')  have been exercised at a price of 10p
per share under the Company's share option scheme.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM and dealings are expected to  commence on 23 April 2007.

Following this exercise of options the enlarged issued share capital of the
Company is 44,830,106 Ordinary Shares, all  of which are voting and none of
which are held in treasury.
