Director Shareholding

The Company has received confirmation that Kerry McCluggage, a director of the Company sold 7,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 1p per share as follows:

The Company has also received confirmation that Jeff Saganksy and his family interests have acquired 7,000,000 shares as follows:

- 3,500,000 shares to Jeff Sagansky, a significant shareholder of the Company

- 3,500,000 shares to other family members of Jeff Sagansky. Of those shares, 1,750,000 shares have been acquired by a daughter who is less than 18 years old.

Following the transactions, Mr. Sagansky, including the shares of his daughter who is less than 18 years old, holds 12,480,688 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 7.1% of the Company's total voting rights and Mr. McCluggage holds 12,430,688 Ordinary Shares representing 7.1% of the Company's total voting rights.
