Appointment of Director

The Board of Claims People are pleased to announce the appointment of Graham 
Cole (aged 55) as Non-executive Director with effect from 1 November 2001.

Mr Cole is a non-executive director of Northamber Plc and a director of Beeson 
Gregory Limited.  He was appointed to both these positions in 1995.

Mr Cole has not had any unspent convictions, has not been declared bankrupt or 
been the subject of any individual voluntary arrangement.
There has been no public criticism of Mr Cole by any statutory or regulatory 
authority and he has not been disqualified by a court from acting
as a director of a company or from acting in the management or conduct of the 
affairs of any company.

Mr Cole has not been a partner of any partnerships or director of any companies 
at the time or within 12 months preceding its compulsory liquidation,
administration or partnership voluntary arrangement.
