 2009 Ian Powell, Group Chief Executive of the Company, 
purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 12.5 pence per share. 
 
 
Following the above purchase, Mr Powell has an interest in 219,176 shares in the 
Company representing approximately 1.07% of the total voting rights.
