Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that as a result of the exercise of share options by a number of employees, including those by directors which have already been announced separately, the total number of 1p Ordinary Shares in issue as at this date is 69,519,438.

The shares issued in fulfilment of the exercise of these options form part of the block listing authority of 30 September 2021 in respect of employee share options and these shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.

Following the issue of these shares, the Company has the ability to issue a further 4,527,405 Ordinary Shares under the above block listing facility.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 69,519,438 , and this figure of 69,519,438 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
