Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), the Board of
Creightons hereby notifies the market of the following:
As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share
capital consists of 69,775,723 ordinary shares of 1p each, with
voting rights (the "Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold
any Ordinary Shares in Treasure and therefore the total number of
Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 69,775,723.
The Company has issued a further 256,285 shares in fulfilment of
the exercise of employee share options since the last notification
of Total Voting Rights on 6 December 2021. These are part of the
block listing the Company announced in September 2021, and the
Company has the authority to issue a further 5,483,520 shares under
this block listing.
The above figure of 69,775,723 may be used by shareholders in
the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a
change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules.
