Crystalband confirms that following the approval of a special resolution to
change the name of the Company at its recent Annual General Meeting, the name
change became effective on 8 March 2008 and dealings under the Company's new
name of Frame 1 plc (Ticker  FRME) will take effect from 8am on 12 March 2008.
