                            Result of General Meeting 
London (UK), Carpinteria, CA (USA) - 8 November 2010.Clipper Windpower Plc (the 
"Company") announces that, at the General Meeting held earlier today, the 
ordinary resolution to approve the execution by the Company and/or its 
subsidiaries of the Security Documents in favour of United Technologies 
Corporation ("UTC") in connection with a US$50 million facility made available 
by UTC to Clipper Windpower, Inc. pursuant to a facility agreement dated 17 
October 2010 (all as set out in more detail in the circular dated 22 October 
2010 sent, or otherwise made available, to shareholders of the Company) was duly 
passed.
