                      Cytomyx Holdings plc (the 'Company')



The Company has today made application for 2,000,000 ordinary share to be
admitted to trading on AIM.



The ordinary shares were issued as a result of deferred consideration payable to
Aptus Pharmaceuticals and a payment in lieu of fees,  but due to an
administrative error have not yet been admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is
expected to occur on 29 December 2006.



As a result of this admission the issued share capital of the Company has not
changed and remains at 63,608,256 ordinary shares.
