                             General Meeting Result 
 
On 21 April 2010 the Company posted a circular to shareholders giving notice of 
a General Meeting of the Company explaining that, under section 656 of the 
Companies Act 2006, the directors of the Company are obliged to call a General 
Meeting in a situation where the value of the Company's net assets is less than 
half of its called up share capital for the purpose of allowing shareholders to 
consider whether any, and if so what, steps should be taken to deal with the 
situation. 
The General Meeting of the Company took place today at 10.30 am as planned.  No 
resolutions were proposed at the meeting and no votes were therefore taken. 
Proxies totalling 1,345,409 shares had been registered.
