Additional Listing

The Company is pleased to announce that a total of 165,000 new ordinary shares have today been subscribed for by M. Stéphane Roux for a consideration of GBP16,500 (the "Subscription"). This subscription is the first payment of a larger subscription amounting to GBP25,000 all in. Parallel to that, M. Stéphane Roux has also been co-opted as non executive director of Artelano (International) Ltd, a London based company in which designcapital plc holds a 30% interest.
