                  Admission of New Ordinary Shares to Dealing

Following application to the Irish Stock Exchange Limited and to the London
Stock Exchange plc for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official
List of the Irish Stock Exchange and the Official List maintained by the UK
Listing Authority respectively, and to the Irish Stock Exchange and the London
Stock Exchange for admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading in relation
to the Placing of 36,500,000 new ordinary shares by Dragon as announced on 22
December, 2003, dealings will now commence on 31 December 2003 as opposed to 2
January 2003 as originally announced.
