Deutsche Land is pleased to announce that Mr. Obie Luschin Moore, CEO of 
Rompetrol Holding S.A. ("RPH"), has joined the Company's board of directors as a 
non-executive director, following Black Sea Global Properties Limited ("BSGP") 
becoming a 29.9% shareholder in the Company. BSGP is a wholly owned subsidiary 
of RPH which invests in a range of asset classes including direct private equity 
investments and real estate.* 
 
 
Mr Moore (aged 54) is a US national and a qualified lawyer. Prior to his 
appointment as CEO of RPH, he has worked in the legal profession for over 20 
years in the United States of America, Romania and the United Kingdom. 
 
 
Mr Moore is currently a director of Rompetrol Holding S.A., Black Sea Global 
Properties Limited, RPH Real Estate Limited, Rutley European Property Limited 
and Fabian Romania Limited. In the previous five years, he has been a partner of 
Salans LLP.

* RPH is wholly owned by Mr. Dan Costache (Dinu) Patriciu, a leading Romanian 
businessman, who is the Chairman of the Board of RPH and is also the CEO of 
Netherlands-based The Rompetrol Group N.V. which he founded and developed into 
the second largest oil company in Romania.

Mr Moore does not hold shares in Deutsche Land. There is no other information 
required to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for 
Companies.
