DIMENSION RESOURCES LIMITED ("The Company")

Chairman purchases 500,000 shares

The Company was notified on 27 June 2001 that its Chairman, Brian Moritz,
acquired a further 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on 26
June 2001 at a price of 1.25p per share.  The total holding of Mr Moritz and
his wife is now 1,797,467 ordinary shares representing 2.21% of the issued
ordinary shares.
