RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

European Business Jets PLC (AIM:EBJ) regrets to announce the resignation today
of Ian Harding as a director of the Company. In his resignation letter Ian
confirmed that the growing demand on his time of his full time executive role
with Kingfisher PLC was the reason for his departure.

Commenting on Ian's resignation, Brian Moritz, Chairman of the Company, said "I 
would like to thank Ian personally and on behalf of my board colleagues for his
efforts through the start up phase of the Company. His financial insights and
contribution as chairman of the Audit Committee were of great value."
