evoke plc (the "Company") notifies
the following transaction by a person discharging managerial
responsibilities (a PDMR) in ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares").
On 28 January 2025, the Company was
notified that Andrea Gisle Joosen, Independent Non-Executive
Director of the Company, purchased 14,572 Ordinary Shares, at a
price of 70.3p each (the "Transaction").
Post this Transaction, Andrea Gisle
