The following replaces the Interim Dividend announcement released today, at
15.23 under RNS number  9579X.

Please be advised that the interim dividend is 5.2p and not 5.1p which will be
paid as soon as possible to shareholders on the register as of 7 May 2004
instead of immediately as previously stated.

                                Interim Dividend

Excel Airways Group Plc announces that at a meeting of the Board held on 23
April 2004 an interim dividend of 5.2p per share was declared for payment as
soon as  possible to shareholders on the register as of 7 May 2004.
