Expomedia Group plc, the AIM quoted exhibition organiser and provider of
flexible exhibition space, held its Annual General Meeting at 10.00 a.m. this
morning and all resolutions were duly passed.

Chief Executive, Mark Shashoua, commented: "As reported at the time of
Expomedia's record set of preliminary results in April, where the Company
reported a 72 per cent rise in revenues including the group's share of joint
ventures, the Board continues to expect further substantial growth in 2006 and
will focus particularly on the growth markets of Russia and India, in terms of
event launches, as it believes they represent the greatest opportunity for the
Group's future growth.

"The Company also announces today that on 13th May it relocated its head office.
The new registered Expomedia address is Meridien house, 69-71 Clarendon Road,
Watford WD 17 1DS."
