The Company has been notified of the following changes in the holding in its
ordinary shares by the AIM Distribution Trust Plc:

On 4th August 1998 two disposals of 25,000 and 50,000 shares respectively
reducing the holding to 475,000 (9.5%) and 425,000 (8.5%)respectively.

On 5th August 1998 a further sale of 25,000 reducing the holding to 400,000
(8.0%).
