The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that, following the passing of 
the resolutions at FIRE's EGM yesterday, the Company's ordinary shares of 1p 
each have now been consolidated into new 5p ordinary shares ("New 
Ordinary Shares").  The New Ordinary Shares will begin trading today, with the 
ISIN: GB00B2819Z69.
 
There are now 18,416,669 New Ordinary Shares in issue.
