Director Dealing
The Company announces that it received notification on 29
November 2022 that on 29 November 2022 Tony Robert Pattison, an
executive director of Fiske, acquired 40,000 Fiske ordinary shares
of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 65 pence per
Ordinary Share, representing 0.34% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital from Clive Fiske Harrison, an executive director and
Chairman of Fiske.
Following this transaction, Mr Pattison and his wife are now
interested in 404,117 Ordinary Shares, which represents 3.42% of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital and Mr Clive Fiske
Harrison is now interested in 2,023,328 Ordinary Shares, which
represents 17.10% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
The Company also announces that it received notification on 29
November 2022 that on 29 November 2022 Alexander Fiske-Harrison, a
non-executive director of Fiske, disposed of 10,000 Fiske ordinary
shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 65 pence
per Ordinary Share, representing 0.08% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
Following his disposal, Mr Alexander Fiske-Harrison is now
interested in 152,500 Ordinary Shares, which represents 1.29% of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
