Mr. R.S Goodwin are interested.

Mr. R.S. Goodwin
1. 5,946 ordinary shares
in the capital of the Company were purchased on the 27th
March, 2024 into his SIPP account of 1,324 ordinary shares at a
price of £52.85 per share, 1,372 ordinary shares at a price of
£54.64 per share, 458 ordinary shares at a price of £54.50 per
share, 818 ordinary shares at a price of £54.95 per share, 638
ordinary shares at a price of £54.80 per share, 679 ordinary shares
