Increase in Molectra shareholding


The Directors of Greenhouse (AIM:GHF) are pleased to announce that as a result
of the conversion into ordinary shares of all outstanding loans from the Company
to its subsidiary Molectra Australia Pty Ltd ("Molectra"), Greenhouse now owns
64.3% of Molectra.

The increase has resulted from the conversion of AUD$ 1.7m, loaned to Molectra
in a number of tranches since August 2007. All previous loan arrangements have
now ceased.

Roger Maddock, Non-executive Director commented, "We are pleased to have
consolidated the Company's position in Molectra. As a result of recent contract
wins and the ongoing development of the business, additional funding will be
required for Molectra. Several different funding options are actively being
considered and further announcements will be made in due course."
