    The Greenhouse Fund Limited
    ("Greenhouse" or "the Company")

    Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
    The Board of Greenhouse announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held earlier today all resolutions were duly
passed. 
    Full details of the resolutions are set out in the notice of Extraordinary General Meeting contained in the Admission Document of the
Company dated 16 July 2008. 
    The resolutions passed included the proposed acquisition of the issued share capital of Molectra Australia Pty Ltd which the Company
does not already own and the change of name of the Company to Molectra Group Limited.  
    The name change will become effective on the issue of a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name by the companies registry in
Jersey. The Company expects confirmation to be forthcoming shortly and will make a further announcement at that time. 
    Application has been made for the enlarged share capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock
Exchange ("AIM"). Cancellation of trading on AIM in the existing issued share capital is expected to take effect from close of trading
today.  Admission of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company to trading on AIM and commencement of dealings is expected to take
place on 13 August 2008.
