The Board is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held today, 
all 
resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. 
 
As previously announced Paul Selway-Swift retired from the Board at the end of 
the AGM today. The Company would like to thank Paul for his substantial 
contribution to the Group over the last 12 years.
