9.6.14, that Leigh-Ann Russell has informed the Company that she
has been appointed as Chief Information Officer and Global Head of
Engineering at The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation ("BNY") with
effect from 15 September 2024. Leigh-Ann will be a member of BNY's
Executive Committee.
