Helesi Plc (AIM: HLS), announces that it was informed on 18 April 2008, that
Elena Paraskeva, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 5,600
ordinary shares, representing 0.017% of the Company's issued share capital on 17
April 2008 at a price of 132.5 pence per share.


Following the purchase, Ms Paraskeva now owns a total of 17,500 ordinary shares,
representing 0.0534% of the Company's issued share capital.
