Further to the announcement of 21 April, the Board of Invesco English and 
International Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has 
appointed Collins Stewart Europe Limited as its financial adviser to evaluate 
the options available to the Company following the suspension of its redemption 
facility. 
 
A further announcement will be made in due course once the Board has concluded 
its deliberations.
