    Agreement with Dynasty Gaming to provide Mahjong on Premier Bet website



Interactive Gaming Holdings Plc (AIM:IGH), the online sports betting and gaming
operator, announces that it has entered into an agreement with Dynasty Gaming
Inc. to install their worldwide acknowledged Mahjong Mania gaming software on
the recently re-branded Premier Bet website.



Dynasty Gaming Inc is a global online gaming sector leader with a
first-to-market version of an aggregate play, cash-wager version of online
Mahjong, the most widely played game in the world.



Adriaan Brink, President of Dynasty subsidiary Mahjong Systems Limited, said:  
"We are pleased to have entered into an agreement with Interactive Gaming
Holdings, particularly in light of the substantial Asian client base within
their Premier Bet operation.  We are confident this will result in a win for
their customers as well as for our company."
