ADDITIONAL LISTING

The Company announces that, pursuant to the exercise of options over 375,000
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") at #0.776 per share,
application has been made for the admission of these Shares to the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. Upon admission the Shares will
rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and it is expected
that dealings will commence on 5 February 2003.
