International Greetings announces that on 14 July 1998 Mark Collini, Finance
Director, acquired 90,000 ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 41.67p per
share in exercise of options granted to him on 20 August 1991 under the
international Greetings PLC Executive Share Option Scheme.  Mr Collini now holds
a total of 150,000 ordinary shares, representing 1.13% of the issued ordinary
share capital of the Comapny.
