                   Application for admission of shares to AIM

Application has been made for the admission of 1,194,618 ordinary i-mate plc
shares, fully paid, to AIM, on the London Stock Exchange. Admission is expected
to occur on 4 December 2006. The shares are being issued to the shareholders of
A Living Picture plc by way of vendor consideration.
