The board of Inova (the "Board") today announces that Harry Rodney Hoare and
Dietrich Wagner have resigned from the Board as directors of the Company with
effect from 19 November 2007. Boris Popenko has been appointed as a director of
the Company with effect from 19 November 2007.

The Board has been informed that Daniel Stewart & Company Plc has resigned as
nominated adviser and broker to the Company with immediate effect.
