                               Board Appointment



The Board of Jourdan announces today the appointment of Adrian F. Lamb as
Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect.



Adrian F. Lamb, OBE FCA is 62 years old. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant
in 1965, winning the gold medal for achievement in his examinations that year.
He was a general practice partner in Coopers & Lybrand and its successor firm,
PricewaterhouseCoopers, from 1975 to 2001 and a member of the Coopers & Lybrand
board. He is Honorary Treasurer of The Royal Institute of International Affairs
(Chatham House) for which service he was awarded the OBE in 2005. Mr Lamb is a
director of Chatham House Enterprises Limited.



The Company confirms that no other details are required to be disclosed under
paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
