As previously announced on 22nd March 2024 in the Company's Half Year Results, Andrew Impey will retire from the Board of JPMorgan UK Small Cap Growth & Income plc following the Company's next Annual General Meeting to be held on 27th November 2024.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 (R), the Board announces that Andrew will be replaced in his roles as Chair of the Board, Nomination Committee and Management Engagement Committee by Katrina Hart following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 27th November 2024. 

There is no further information to be disclosed in respect of paragraph 9.6.11 of the UKLA Listing Rules.
