NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 21 June 2023 the Issuer cancelled in full the Notes issued by MORTIMER BTL 2020-1 PLC.

Following the full and final redemption of the Notes the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of such Notes on the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Notes with effect on 21 June 2022.

Terms used but not defined in this notice bear the same meaning as set out in the master definitions and construction schedule made between (among others) the Issuer and the Trustee dated 19 March 2020 (as the same may be amended, varied, supplemented, replaced and/or novated from time to time).
