Further to IB Daiwa's offer to purchase the entire share capital of Lodore as
announced on 3 November 2005 and its subsequent announcements advising the level
of acceptances and that the Offer had been declared unconditional as to
acceptances respectively, Lodore has been notified as of 14 November 2005 that
further acceptances under the Offer have been received in respect of 23,999,978
additional Lodore Shares (representing 3.97 per cent of the issued share capital
of Lodore) taking the aggregate number of Lodore Shares in respect of which
acceptances under the Offer have been received to 415,436,761 Lodore Shares
(representing 68.77 per cent of the issued share capital of Lodore).

Lodore has also been notified that no Lodore Shares have yet been acquired or
agreed to be acquired by or on behalf of IB Daiwa and IB Daiwa does not and nor
does any person on behalf of IB Daiwa hold any shares in Lodore as at the date
of this announcement.

Lodore has also been notified, that the Offer remains open for acceptances and
will close, unless extended by IB Daiwa, at 1.00 p.m. in London on Thursday 24
November 2005.
