DELISTING AND CANCELLATION OF TRADING FROM THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

Further to the announcement made on 16 January 2023, Made.com Group Plc (in liquidation) (the "Company") announces that, at the request of the Company, the listing of the Company's ordinary shares of GBP0.0001 nominal value each ("Shares") on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admission to trading of the Shares on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange have now been cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. (GMT) today, 18 January 2023.
