MIDW), a global specialist audio visual distributor to the
trade market, announces that Stephen Fenby, Group Managing
Director, has purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at 273.3 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Stephen
Fenby and persons closely associated with him have an interest
in 17,562,396 Ordinary Shares, representing 16.85% of the
Company's share capital.
