Retirement of Director

The Board of Noble VCT plc wishes to advise that following Mr. John Andrews
desire not to stand for re-election at the AGM of the Company, he has, with
effect from 2nd August 2007 retired as a non-executive director to the Board.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Andrews for his valuable contribution to the
Company throughout his tenure.
