Newfound builds senior management team

Newfound is pleased to announce the further strengthening of its executive Board
to support both its commercial and financial management capabilities.
John Theophilus FCA, age 60, is to join the Company with immediate effect as
Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board. Mr Theophilus brings
extensive experience in senior financial and property roles, in quoted and
unquoted companies, most recently as Group Property Director for NCP (National
Car Parks Limited). He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the firm that is
now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Edwin Richards FCA, currently the Company's Chief Financial Officer, is to
become Senior Vice President of Commercial Development, with immediate effect.
Edwin will focus on developing the Company's key commercial partnerships such as
those with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, as announced on 9 May 2007. He will remain
a Board Director reporting to the Chief Executive, Brian Dobbin.
William Thompson, age 44, currently Senior Vice President of Sales and
Marketing, is to join the Board with immediate effect. William will continue
successfully to drive forward the sales and marketing of the Group.

Brian Dobbin, Chief Executive, said:

Company and its shareholders. Edwin Richards will be able to focus exclusively
on developing these key areas in his new role. William Thompson has played an
important role in developing the company's sales and marketing capabilities and
we are delighted that he is joining the Board."
