                            Offers for Subscription


The Board of Noble Income & Growth VCT plc ("the Company") announces that,
having considered the changes to be made to the tax treatment of VCTs from 6
April 2006 (and in particular the new "gross assets test") which were announced
in the Budget speech on 22 March 2006, the Company will not proceed with the
Offer for Subscription of new ordinary shares in respect of the 2006/2007 tax
year.  This 2006/2007 Offer was expected to open on 6 April 2006.

The 2005/2006 Offer remains open and is expected to close at 12 noon on 4 April
2006.
