                          First Annual General Meeting


The Directors of North Real Estate Opportunities Fund Limited ("the Company")
are pleased to announce at its AGM held on 11 January 2008, the resolutions
re-appointing the directors and changing the company's name to "Argo Real Estate
Opportunities Fund Limited" were passed. The change of name will become
effective shortly.


The meeting was then adjourned and the remaining resolutions will be heard at
the re-convened general meeting where the annual report and accounts for the
year end 30th September 2007 will be presented for approval.
