disposal of 500,000 common shares of no par value (restricted) ("Shares"), Tyne
and Wear Holdings Limited is now interested in 23,639,188 Shares, representing
approximately 23.64% of the Company's enlarged issued shares capital, following
the recent placing of Shares.
